This also includes blockchain-based tokens that are generated, transferred, or interact with such smart contracts.

 

If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use our Sites, Services, or Tools, and do not engage with our business in any form.

 

This Policy does not apply to privacy practices related to WebX employees, job applicants, or other HR-related data. This Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations. Blockchain Data We Collect

Blockchain is a public and immutable ledger used to record asset transactions. In connection with our Services, we may collect the following information either directly from individuals, through third parties, or from the public blockchain:

 

Account Address: such as your blockchain wallet address or ENS domain.

 

Wallet Information: including the wallet provider and the specific wallet used to connect to your account.

 

Account Balance and Assets: details of your balance and asset holdings associated with a blockchain address.

 

Transaction Details: including the transaction hash, on-chain position, timestamp, transaction type, amount, sender and receiver addresses, transaction fees, and data size.

 

In certain cases, we may combine this blockchain data with other personal information you provide for example, when you connect a wallet (e.g., Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect, Ledger, Trust Wallet) to use our Services.
